And is the ablution of one whose glans touches a tissue valid, and what is the ruling on this touching?

Repeating a verse after a verse from Al-Fatiha does not invalidate the prayer, but it is better to avoid it in the future to avoid controversy and ward off whispers (waswas). As for using and attending to a tissue after Istinja (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself), this is an over-elaboration and extremism that is not part of the religion. It suffices for achieving purity to wash the organ with water and then disregard the whispers of Satan.
