Does the divorce described as "you are divorced, divorced, divorced" occur when repeated at different times, and what is the ruling on taking back the wife after it?

If an unspecialized layperson asks about a legal ruling, they should seek out qualified scholars and ask them, and not ask those who are not أهل الفتوى (people qualified to issue fatwas).

Whoever says to his wife: "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," and intends to issue three divorces, then she is divorced by three and has become irrevocably separated from him (بينونة كبرى). If he intends only one, then one occurs.

Whoever says to his wife: "You are divorced by three," or "by the triple," then she is divorced by three and has become irrevocably separated from him (بينونة كبرى). This is the view of the majority of scholars.

By this, the woman becomes irrevocably separated from him (بينونة كبرى), and she is not permissible for him until she marries another man, a marriage of desire, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her or dies, and her waiting period expires.

Some scholars, such as Ibn Taymiyyah, are of the view that a divorce pronounced with the word "three" counts as one, and that consecutive divorces before a رجعة (revocation) or a new marriage contract count as only one divorce.

The divorce of a pregnant woman is effective without dispute.

There is no harm for a layperson to act according to one of the scholarly opinions in matters of disagreement, as long as they are confident in the correctness of the opinion and are not following their whims.
