The fiancé is a stranger to his fiancée until the marriage contract is concluded. Therefore, he is not permitted to be in seclusion with her, touch her, or speak to her without a need. Repentance is obligatory for being lenient regarding these boundaries. Furthermore, accessing his private social media account without his permission is considered forbidden espionage, and repentance for it is obligatory. It is advisable to counsel the fiancé to repent and be righteous. If he does not repent, then it is preferable to break off the engagement.
