Is giving money to a soldier to process a transaction out of turn considered a bribe, and how can one atone for that?

Paying 5 pounds to the soldier to advance the questioner in the queue ahead of those who preceded him is bribery, which is one of the worst ways of consuming people's wealth unjustly and one of the major sins. Its perpetrator is cursed by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, for the Prophet cursed the briber and the bribed, and both the briber and the bribed are in Hellfire. Repentance expiates all sins. It involves regretting sins, abandoning them out of fear of Allah, resolving not to return to them, and seeking forgiveness from those who were wronged. Since in this case, those whose rights were violated cannot be enumerated, the questioner must strive in supplicating and seeking forgiveness for them.
