If kissing on the neck is not out of lust or suspicious admiration, then there is no harm in it, especially after a long absence. This is because kissing, embracing, and bodily contact are not permissible if done out of lust. However, if it is not on the mouth and is done out of righteousness, honor, or compassion upon meeting and parting, then there is no objection to it.
