A revocably divorced wife is not entitled to maintenance or lodging, unless she is pregnant, in which case she is entitled to maintenance and lodging until she gives birth. As for the children, their maintenance is obligatory if they are young and have no wealth. As for an adult, there is a difference of opinion. A married daughter's maintenance is the responsibility of her husband. An unmarried daughter who has no wealth, her maintenance is the responsibility of her father, according to the majority of scholars. The household furniture was previously detailed in No. 46685.
