What is incumbent upon a husband in terms of maintenance and home furnishings for his wife, divorced with a final and irrevocable divorce, knowing that all their children have passed the stage of requiring maintenance?

A revocably divorced wife is not entitled to maintenance or lodging, unless she is pregnant, in which case she is entitled to maintenance and lodging until she gives birth. As for the children, their maintenance is obligatory if they are young and have no wealth. As for an adult, there is a difference of opinion. A married daughter's maintenance is the responsibility of her husband.
