What is the Islamic ruling concerning the rights of the worker and the employee, what is Islam's stance on prevailing labor laws, and are these the rights granted by the worker by law?

The religion of Islam has preserved the rights of the employee by enjoining the fulfillment of contracts, deeming the delay of wages an injustice, and threatening whoever withholds their wages after they are due. As for modern labor laws, they do not reach the status of what came in the wise Sharia.
