Is it obligatory to follow the will of a deceased grandmother who bequeathed a piece of land to only two of her grandchildren, on condition that people are fed on Friday at the mosque, and would the two grandchildren be sinful if they took this land?

If the designated grandchildren are heirs, then the bequest to them is not valid unless approved by the rest of the adult, mature heirs, due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no bequest for an heir." However, if they are not heirs, then the bequest is valid within one-third of the estate, provided that the beneficiaries fulfill the mentioned condition. Anything exceeding one-third depends on the approval of the heirs. There is no objection to bequeathing to some grandchildren and not others, provided there is a valid justification. It is obligatory to execute a bequest that meets the conditions, and it is not permissible to alter it. Feeding people and giving charity on Friday is not an innovation; rather, it is among the acts of righteousness and goodness.
