How is inheritance divided among 4 sons and 6 daughters?

If the deceased leaves behind only sons and daughters, their inheritance is distributed among them by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The estate is divided into fourteen shares: two shares for each son and one share for each daughter. Inheritance matters must be brought before the Sharia (definition) courts to verify the existence of other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
