Is it permissible for a woman to enter the mosque with tayammum instead of ghusl in order to attend Quran lessons, given that she is harmed by ghusl?

If ghusl (definition) is harmful to a woman, she should perform tayammum (definition), and it is permissible for her to stay in the mosque, and this is the most valid opinion, contrary to those who permitted staying without tayammum out of necessity. Ibn Qudamah said: "If a person in a state of janabah (definition) fears for himself or his property, or cannot exit the mosque... he should perform tayammum, then remain in the mosque." And if she is able to perform wudu and does so, it is permissible for her to stay in the mosque according to the Hanbalis, based on what was narrated from the Companions.
