If is harmful to a woman, she should perform , and it is permissible for her to stay in the mosque, and this is the most valid opinion, contrary to those who permitted staying without tayammum out of necessity. Ibn Qudamah said: "If a person in a state of fears for himself or his property, or cannot exit the mosque... he should perform tayammum, then remain in the mosque." And if she is able to perform wudu and does so, it is permissible for her to stay in the mosque according to the Hanbalis, based on what was narrated from the Companions.
