Are the three oaths issued by the husband, including his saying to his wife: "You are divorced," and "By divorce, you shall not spend the night in it, and you are divorced," and his saying to his daughter: "By divorce, you shall not spend the night in the house," considered an actual divorce, and what is the validity of the Mufti's fatwa which ruled that the divorce did not occur based on the husband's intention not to effectuate it or his extreme anger?

Saying "you are divorced" three separate times effects three divorces, unless the husband was overcome by intense anger and did not realize what he was saying, in which case his divorce does not count. If trustworthy scholars of knowledge issue a fatwa that some divorces do not count due to loss of awareness from intense anger, then there is no blame upon the husband for acting upon their fatwa and taking his wife back. If the situation is otherwise, then it is advisable to present the matter to trustworthy scholars of knowledge and act upon their fatwa.
