A pilgrim who commits one of the prohibitions of (other than hunting) may offer the sacrifice at the place where the prohibition was committed or within the Sacred Precinct (); both are acceptable. However, the penalty for hunting (Jazaa’ al-Sayd) must be offered within the Haram. As for fasting and shaving, they may be done anywhere, as their benefit does not extend to others.
