Who are the heirs of the deceased Ibrahim, and what is the share of each heir, knowing that he was not married and had no children, and his parents are deceased, and he has full and half siblings, some of whom are deceased and have children?

If the heirs are limited to full sisters (Azizah, Hasibah, and Najla') and half-siblings (Ali, Hikmat, and Rabia), then the full sisters receive two-thirds, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿But if there are two [sisters], they shall have two-thirds of what he left.﴾

The remainder is taken by the half-siblings. If they are paternal half-siblings, they inherit the wealth by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the hadith: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the nearest male agnate." If they are maternal half-siblings, they inherit one-third as a fixed share, and their males and females are equal in this, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿But if they are more than that, they are partners in one-third.﴾

It is important to note the seriousness of inheritance matters and the importance of referring them to Sharia courts to investigate the presence of other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
