What is the share of each heir, and who among them does not inherit, if a man dies leaving behind two full sisters, children of a full brother who died before him (males and females), and children of a full sister who died before him (females only)?

If a man dies and leaves behind two full sisters, and children of his full brother who died before him, and children of his full sister who died before him, then the two full sisters receive two-thirds, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are two [sisters], they receive two-thirds of what he left." The remainder goes only to the male children of his [full] brother, who divide it equally, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male relative." His brother's daughters and his sister's daughters have no share in the inheritance because they are from the kin (dhawu al-arham), and the brother and sister who died before him do not inherit from his estate. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for a precise investigation, as there may be heirs, wills, or debts that the heirs might not be aware of.
