What is the ruling on a maternal uncle recommending his sister's daughter to university professors to increase her grades, under the pretext of injustice in evaluating students' grades?

Students' grades are relied upon to differentiate between them, assess their levels, and determine their professions. Cheating in exams extends its harm to society because authority is given to those who are not qualified for it, and this is a betrayal of trust and an act of injustice. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection," and "Whoever cheats us is not of us." He also commanded the fulfillment of trusts and forbade treachery, making it one of the characteristics of hypocrites. Assigning authority to those who are not qualified for it is a sign of the imminent ruin of the world. What happens in universities regarding cheating is forbidden and should be denounced. It is not permissible to benefit from these situations through intercession or other means except to remove injustice and give the student their rightful due. Indeed, honesty has praiseworthy consequences, while injustice and cheating have dire consequences.
