Does the passing of Dhuhr time with the entry of Asr time mean sin if one prays in the period between them?

The time for the Dhuhr prayer begins when the sun declines from its zenith and extends until the shadow of everything becomes equal to its height, which is the time when Asr begins. It is permissible to delay the Dhuhr prayer until the end of its time, but it is preferable to perform it at the beginning of its time, except for men for whom congregational prayer is obligatory; they are not permitted to delay it beyond the congregation.
