The time for Dhuhr ends when the shadow of everything becomes equal to its height. The time for Asr begins at this mark and ends when the shadow of everything becomes twice its height. Its time of necessity extends until sunset. Then the time for Maghrib begins and extends until the disappearance of the red twilight. At that point, the time for Isha begins and extends until midnight.

If you are a common person and trust that Sheikh Ibn Baz is more knowledgeable and pious, then you should follow his fatwas when they contradict fatwas from another website, because the majority of scholars believe that a common person does not have a choice, but rather must prioritize based on which mufti they believe to be more knowledgeable.

And intentionally delaying a prayer beyond its prescribed time is a major sin.
