There is no need to wash anything touched by a hand that has applied perfume containing alcohol, unless the perfume is still wet and touches something, or if it is dry but the hand touches something wet. One must beware of obsessive doubts (waswasah). An ordinary person should ask the people of knowledge, and it is more prudent for him to emulate those most knowledgeable and pious.
