The prevalent situation in tourist hotels—as you mentioned—involves committing Sharia violations such as serving alcohol and the illicit seclusion of foreigners, and the general environment therein being a center for sins. Therefore, it is not permissible to work for this company due to the cooperation in sin it entails, and Allah Almighty has said: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Furthermore, the sales representative's resorting to pushing the customer to buy by any means, and the company's failure to fulfill its promises, makes the matter even more prohibited.
