What is the ruling on working for a tourism marketing company that markets a village with mixed-gender swimming pools and a bar, and uses promotional tactics such as claiming "one-day-only" offers to urge customers to sign immediate contracts, even though these offers are always available, bearing in mind that I receive a commission on sales, and some contracts are concluded through deception by sales representatives without the knowledge of the management?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to market for evil things, or to point to them, or to encourage them if he knows that the buyer will fall into the unlawful. It is also not permissible to promote and market through deception, fraud, and lies, as it was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The two parties to a transaction have the option [to annul it] as long as they have not separated. If they are truthful and clarify, their transaction will be blessed. But if they lie and conceal, the blessing of their transaction will be erased." As for working for a commission, it is not permissible according to the majority of scholars due to the uncertainty of the wage.
