Is the book "Badai' al-Zuhur fi Waqai' al-Duhur" by Shaykh Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Iyas al-Hanafi considered among the Isra'iliyyat stories?

"Isra'iliyat" is a term applied to what Muslims took from the reports of the People of the Book (Jews and Christians), whether orally or from their books, for admonition and reflection, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Narrate from the Children of Israel, and there is no harm," as long as their falsehood or contradiction with the Book and Sunnah (definition) is not known. Otherwise, their narration is impermissible.
