Upon a person's death, their wealth must be immediately distributed among their heirs. It is not permissible for the mother to designate any portion of the inheritance to one of her children without the consent of the other adult and mature heirs, nor to sell any part of the inheritance to give to one of her children, even for their education. The mother erred in spending from the inheritance on the eldest son and in dividing the inheritance among the males to the exclusion of the females.
