Do the jinn have a قرين (familiar) from among the devils that whispers to them, and how do they believe in Allah while their father Iblis is alive, and do they seek refuge from him and recite Surat Al-Baqarah?

Jinn are accountable creatures, among whom are believers and disbelievers. Nothing is known about them except what is mentioned in the sacred texts. Allah Almighty has appointed companions (qareen) from among the jinn for humans, who whisper to them. However, it has not been reported that jinn have companions from among the jinn. The function of the qareen does not extend beyond whispering, seduction, and misguidance. Scholars have differed on whether a jinn whispers to a jinn: some hold this view, while others believe that whispering is exclusive to the hearts of humans. As for the misguidance of jinn devils towards jinn, that is possible. Delving into the details of this is not very beneficial, and what is more important is to be wary of the devils among humankind and jinn.
