What is the ruling on being alone with a woman in a business meeting?

It is forbidden to be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman, due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “No man should be alone with a woman except if there is a mahram with her,” and his saying: “Beware! No man is alone with a woman but the third of them is Satan,” and his saying: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not be alone with a woman between whom and him there is no mahram.” Seclusion is not negated by the presence of multiple men with one woman. Therefore, the gathering of men with a non-mahram woman is forbidden.
