Can one who is afflicted with frequent madhy (pre-seminal fluid) and drops of urine—especially with the presence of prostate congestion—perform ablution for each prayer and sprinkle water on his private parts, without redoing the prayers he performed before the emission of madhy?

One who suffers from سلس (incontinence) is a person from whom an impurity continuously exits, such that they do not find sufficient time to pray with proper purity, or if the time of the cessation of the impurity is irregular.

If the discharge of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is continuous or uncontrolled, the afflicted person must purify themselves at the beginning of each prayer time, protect themselves by tightening a cloth, then perform ablution (wudu') and pray. The subsequent discharge of madhy will not harm them.

However, if they know a specific time when the madhy stops, they must wait for this time to perform ablution and pray, and it is not permissible for them to pray before it.

It is recommended to resist and turn away from obsessive doubts (waswasah). In case of doubt about something exiting, one should not pay attention to it unless they are 100% certain of its exit.

If one suffers from incontinence, its exit does not invalidate the ablution until the prayer time expires. If one does not suffer from incontinence, its exit invalidates the ablution. If one prays and then finds madhy after the prayer, and is not certain that it exited before or during the prayer, they do not need to repeat the prayer.
