Is it obligatory to repeat purification (tahara), ablution (wudu), and prayer (salat) every time madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged frequently, which causes embarrassment due to the short interval between purification, ablution, or prayer? And is it more complete to ascertain purity, then perform ablution and prayer, while continuing to pray if one is certain that madhy is present?

Urine (madhi) is impure and nullifies ablution (wudu'). If it is discharged during or after ablution, the ablution becomes void and must be redone, and whatever it has touched must be purified. If it is discharged during prayer, the prayer becomes void and must be interrupted, and ablution and prayer must be redone. However, if its discharge is irregular and continuous, it falls under the ruling of سلس ( سلس البول - urinary incontinence, or سلس المذي - continuous discharge of madhi). In this case, one should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray the obligatory and supererogatory prayers with that ablution. What is discharged of urine (madhi) will not be detrimental.
