A man is not permitted to ascribe himself to other than his father or his tribe, unless compelled to do so in official documents to avert a real harm or an unbearable hardship that prevents him from fundamental rights, provided that this does not entail nullifying a right or validating falsehood. The official name must be corrected whenever possible.
