Is conditional triple तलाक (divorce) counted as three divorces upon the fulfillment of the condition each time?

If a husband repeatedly ties divorce to a single matter, his intention determines the number: an intention of affirmation necessitates a single divorce, while an intention of renewal necessitates three divorces. However, if he did not intend anything, it is one divorce if the session is unified, and it multiplies with the multiplicity of sessions.

If he tied divorce to multiple conditions and they are fulfilled, then the divorce occurs according to the number of conditions, and it becomes three if the oath is broken while she is still under his marital bond.

Ibn Taymiyyah's view is that an expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin) is required if he did not intend divorce, and a single divorce if he intended it, and it occurred multiple times within one period of purity.
