Is it permissible to listen to the Qur’an from a computer and carry the CD that contains it while in a state of ritual impurity (janabah)?

It is permissible for a person in a state of ritual impurity (junub) to listen to the Quran and to carry a CD containing it, because the CD itself is not a physical Quran due to the absence of visible letters on it.
