How is the inheritance of a house divided among a wife, three sons, and five daughters, with one of the sons financially compensating the daughters without selling the house?

If the deceased left behind only a wife, sons, and daughters, then the wife receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the presence of inheriting offspring. The remainder is for the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. It is not permissible for the sons to exclusively take the house without the daughters, nor to force them to accept less than their share. The daughters have the right to demand their share of the fair rental value for the period during which the sons resided in the house after the death of the inheritor. If any of the daughters willingly waives her share, there is no objection. Matters of inheritance must be referred to Sharia courts due to the presence of heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
