How is the inheritance divided among a wife, three sons, two daughters, two full brothers, and five full nephews?

The deceased's wife receives one-eighth as a prescribed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder goes to the three sons and two daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The brothers and their sons receive nothing because they are completely excluded from inheritance by the presence of the son. The estate is divided into sixty-four shares: the wife receives eight shares, each son receives fourteen shares, and each daughter receives seven shares. It should be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation.
