Is it permissible to marry a woman with the intention of entering a certain country, then divorce her for a sum of money after entering the country, knowing that this marriage does not involve seeing or touching the woman?

Marriage is one of the rituals of Allah, and it has lofty legitimate purposes. It is not permissible to use it as a means to achieve personal interests such as travel. Allah Almighty said: "That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts" and "And do not take the verses of Allah in jest." Therefore, it is not permissible to embark on this type of marriage. One can search for a real wife from that country.
