Is it permissible for me to marry a foreign girl, knowing in advance that my future is not with her due to her returning to her country and my returning to my country?

It is advised to be keen on marrying a pious Muslim woman who assists one in their faith and in matters of the Hereafter, for believers are brothers and nationality holds no bearing.
If she is not Muslim, it is permissible to marry a chaste woman from the People of the Book with the permission of her guardian. However, it is not permissible to marry anyone other than a Muslim woman or a woman from the People of the Book.
Furthermore, marriage with the intention of divorce is permissible according to the majority of scholars, unlike the Hanbalis.
