What is the ruling on the raffles and offers conducted by exchange companies on fee-based transactions, which allow customers to increase their chances of winning by dividing their transactions, and what is the ruling on working for these companies, encouraging customers to take advantage of these offers, and accepting the division of transactions in order to increase raffle coupons, and what are the conditions for the permissibility of these raffles?

Entry into the aforementioned lottery is forbidden because it is a form of gambling, where the participant pays money for coupons hoping to win a prize. This is considered maysir (gambling) because it involves a certain loss in exchange for a potential gain. Allah Almighty says: (O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing to] stone altars for idols, and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful.) It is also forbidden to work in anything related to these offers, whether by presenting them to customers, encouraging them to participate, or calculating their funds and prizes, based on Allah Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.) If the teller is involved in any of these activities, his work is forbidden, and he must seek another job unless he can work in another department that has no connection to these offers.
