What is the value of Zakat for a male newborn, and is it permissible to pay Zakat from "Nuqut" funds?

The 'Aqiqah is a confirmed Sunnah according to the majority of scholars. It is slaughtered for the newborn on the seventh day of their birth, their head is shaved, and silver equivalent to the weight of their hair is given in charity, and the newborn is named. Two sheep are slaughtered for a boy and one sheep for a girl, though one sheep is sufficient for a boy. The 'Aqiqah is not given in monetary value (cash); rather, it must be slaughtered. It is not obligatory, so there is no blame on whoever is unable to perform it.
