What is the ruling on using credit cards from Islamic banks like Al-Rajhi, and to what extent are they Islamically permissible?

The ruling on dealing with credit cards ("Visa") has been explained in detail previously. Issuing a ruling on a specific card requires knowledge of its terms and issuance system, which is not available to us. Al-Rajhi Bank has a board, and it is permissible to use the card issued by the bank based on the approval of this board.
