What is the ruling on recycling wholesome dairy products after their expiration date, while discarding those that are spoiled?

It is forbidden to recycle expired products and sell them because they may spoil and become unsafe. This can be considered commercial deception of the consumer who would not agree to use a recycled product without their knowledge. Jurists have agreed on the prohibition of concealing defects in sold goods, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives us is not one of us."
