What is the ruling on using the Derma Pen during the daytime in Ramadan?

"Derma-pen" (dermal roller) uses micro-needles to prick the skin, stimulating collagen production and treating skin problems. There is no harm in using it if it is free from harm, and its use does not affect fasting, because nothing enters the body through the skin that reaches the stomach, and no blood exits from it that is considered like cupping (hijama). Therapeutic injections that are not nutritious do not break the fast.
