You must advise the girl, enjoin good upon her, forbid evil from her, and prevent her from falling into corruption. Your disavowal of her does not absolve you of responsibility, and you do not have the right to imprison her. If her adultery is proven, the implementation of hudud (punishments) is for the ruler, not for individuals. The correct approach is to marry her off if a suitable suitor proposes to her, and you do not have the right to prevent her from marrying. You must conceal the forbidden acts she committed, and there is no obligation to inform the suitor about them.
