If it is confirmed that the girl is organically sound, then she is not permitted to undergo a gender reassignment surgery, and her rejection of men is not a valid legal justification. We advise further diagnosis and consultation with doctors for treatment, and if that is not possible, then she must be patient and seek reward from Allah. This should not prevent her from marrying. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah has not sent down any disease except that He has also sent down its cure; whoever knows it, knows it, and whoever is ignorant of it, is ignorant of it."
