Is it permissible to sacrifice a sheep that has had a natural disability since birth?

The sacrificial animal is acceptable as long as it does not have clear and apparent defects, such as: obvious blindness in one eye, obvious illness, obvious lameness, a fracture that prevents it from walking, or any defect similar to or more severe than these, whether congenital or acquired.
