Is it permissible to sacrifice a sheep that has had a natural birth defect since birth?

The sacrifice of a handicapped sheep is not permissible if its disability is among the defects mentioned in the Hadith, which are: the one-eyed animal whose defect is obvious, the sick animal whose illness is obvious, the lame animal whose lameness is obvious, and the emaciated animal that has no marrow. This ruling applies to defects equivalent to or more severe than these, whether the disability is natural or acquired.
