What is the ruling on taking scrap copper and iron that is unused and buried in the dirt by the contracting company, given that project security is aware that this is not permissible, and there is no inspection upon exit?

If the company prohibits employees from taking waste, then it is not permissible to take anything from it without the company's permission. Anyone who does so is an aggressor and consumes wealth unjustly, because the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wealth of a person is not lawful except with his willing consent."
