How much is the share of each heir from the deceased father's estate of 350,0, which is to be divided among a wife, nine daughters, and six sons?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah states: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one-eighth of what you leave." The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 168 shares: 21 for the wife, 14 for each son, and 7 for each daughter.

The division for the mentioned amount would be: 43,750 for the wife, 29,166.62 for each son, and 14,583.31 for each daughter.

We should point out that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is not sufficient. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
