What is the ruling on the marriage of a woman pregnant from adultery to the man who committed adultery with her, while concealing the fact of her pregnancy from the Imam and the officiant?

It is not permissible for a man to marry a woman with whom he committed adultery while she is pregnant with his child, except after she gives birth, according to the majority of scholars. The child is not attributed to the adulterer. Some scholars have held that such a marriage is valid and the child is attributed to the adulterer if the woman was not legally married to another man (i.e., not in someone else's 'bed') and no one disputed the child's lineage. Therefore, it was obligatory to wait until the woman gave birth, and the marriage contract between the woman's guardian and her husband must be renewed in the presence of two witnesses. If renewal is not possible, there is no harm in adopting the view of those who validate this marriage.
