Should the relationship continue with a person who loves her, but whose family refuses his marriage to someone from outside their province, and he has surrendered to their decision?

What is known as a love relationship between young men and women is not sanctioned by the Sharia (definition). If a man's heart becomes attached to a woman without him seeking it, he must propose to her through her guardian. If he is rejected, he should leave her alone.

Therefore, as long as the young man is not determined to marry, do not reject suitors for his sake, and the relationship with him must be cut off immediately. It is not permissible to be lenient with him in an unlawful relationship, because that may lead to falling into sin. If someone whose religiosity and character you approve of proposes to you, do not hesitate to accept him after seeking guidance from Allah through istikhara, because repeated rejection without a valid reason may cause you to miss opportunities for marriage.
