Are verses 29-32 of Surah Al-Ma'arij the same as verses 5-6 of Surah Al-Mu'minun?

The three verses from Surat Al-Mu'minun and Al-Ma'arij describe believers as those who guard their private parts, except from their wives or those whom their right hands possess. Whoever transgresses beyond that is an aggressor. These verses specifically address men because it is not permissible for a woman to have sexual intercourse with someone she owns. The phrase "or those whom their right hands possess" refers to female slaves. These verses have been used as evidence to prohibit masturbation and to prohibit temporary marriage (Nikah (definition) Mut'ah).
