What is the meaning of "وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ" (And those who guard their private parts, except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed) in Surat Al-Ma'arij?

Allah’s saying: "And those who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors" indicates the obligation to guard one's private parts and not to release desires except with one's wife or those whom their right hands possess. With this verse, the people of knowledge have adduced evidence for the prohibition of masturbation, considering it among the acts of transgression.
