What is the refutation against someone who claims that Ibn Taymiyyah likened Allah's istiwa' (ascending/establishment above the Throne) to sitting, and is this wording permissible, and what is your opinion of those who defame him?

The suspicion and fabrication attributed to Ibn Taymiyyah were previously refuted in Fatwa no. 53617, and the discussion about attributing sitting on the Throne to Allah the Almighty was addressed in Fatwa no.. 108091, and some suspicions and lies attributed to Ibn Taymiyyah were refuted and his defense mentioned in Fatwa no. 33288.
