What is the religious ruling on a wife remaining with her paraplegic husband, knowing that she has not adjusted to his condition and can no longer be intimate with him, despite his ability to be intimate, though not as before?

A wife does not have the right to seek annulment (faskh) due to her husband's abstinence from intercourse unless the period exceeds four months. However, she does have the right to seek khul'. The difference between the two is that in annulment (faskh), nothing is incumbent upon the wife, whereas in khul', she is obliged to return the dower (mahr).
